The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Benjamin Blixt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Kuszczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Damazy Tscherner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Blixt having to interfere. After 6 played minutes KD Stiger got a freekick which was hit by Robert Salqvist. Pogoń1945Staszów's Damazy Tscherner got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15thth minute of the game Jakub Kuszczak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KD Stiger's Benjamin Blixt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Jakub Kuszczak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Benjamin Blixt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benjamin Blixt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakub Kuszczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute Jakub Kuszczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Blixt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind KD Stiger's goalkeeper Benjamin Blixt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Pogoń1945Staszów's Jakub Kuszczak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjamin Blixt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 36th minute Jakub Kuszczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Blixt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Jakub Kuszczak notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of KD Stiger's Benjamin Blixt. Benjamin Blixt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benjamin Blixt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jakub Kuszczak went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After having played for 46 minutes, Jakub Kuszczak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pogoń1945Staszów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jakub Kuszczak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Jakub Kuszczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benjamin Blixt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakub Kuszczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benjamin Blixt yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. In the 62nd minute, Jakub Kuszczak made a precise shot to the right of Benjamin Blixt. KD Stiger's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of KD Stiger:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pogoń1945Staszów:s goal. The excitement rose when Pogoń1945Staszów's Jakub Kuszczak after 69 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for KD Stiger's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 0-7. With a little luck, KD Stiger's Benjamin Blixt got control of the ball when Jakub Kuszczak tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ştefan Lăcătuș charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ştefan Lăcătuș the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 92 played minutes Pogoń1945Staszów got a freekick which was hit by Ştefan Lăcătuș. A collision led to Pogoń1945Staszów getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Izydor Dlugi hit a great ball. Pontus Sellberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Danielsson in the 95th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in KD Stiger's zone, Jakub Kuszczak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Blixt came out of the goal and Jakub Kuszczak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pogoń1945Staszów's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
