In the 19th minute, Duran Ersan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trabzonspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiriboga Torres in the 22nd minute of play forced Trabzonspor's goalkeeper Yunus Civan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Latif Biçim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yunus Civan having to interfere. Duran Ersans short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Zacarias Cabrero to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Duran Ersan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Zacarias Cabrero made a huge save. Duran Ersan in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zacarias Cabrero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Zacarias Cabrero made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Duran Ersan sent off a good shot on target. Zacarias Cabrero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agah Özver, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Zacarias Cabrero was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Duran Ersan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Duran Ersan really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Agah Özver to strike the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Hector-Luis Arzola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Manolo Area made in the 57th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Eduardo Macías. Trabzonspor's Yunus Civan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Trabzonspor from getting a goal against them. Alejo Otsando scored 5-3 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zacarias Cabrero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yunus Civan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Navarro Rojas went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-4 was the resulting score. Azul Y Plomo's Zacarias Cabrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fırat Elhan in the 87th minute of play. Zacarias Cabrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Otsando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Otsando in the 90th minute of play forced Azul Y Plomo's goalkeeper Zacarias Cabrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute Alejo Otsando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Cabrero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alejo Otsando kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Azul Y Plomo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Trabzonspor.
