Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Jim Martin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carel Rokeloos to make the kick off. Melquiades Mambru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khabib Nurmagomedov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melquiades Mambru made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Dan Vennersten sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute Delmar Udalaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Martin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76thth minute of the game Paulo Eguen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eket BK's Jim Martin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Paulo Eguen put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jim Martin. In the 91st match minute, MORPH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Paez to maneuver through the defense. Folkert Reitsma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Melquiades Mambru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rdth minute of the game Paulo Eguen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eket BK's Jim Martin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 95 minutes into the game, Eket BK's Primitivo Heli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Mambru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MORPH fans cheered their team off the field, for while Eket BK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
