Carlos Pedrosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Matro having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Casimiro Asier got free with Marcial Chabier in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albert Yorke hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pituil FC's zone, Tanek Poreda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Chabier came out of the goal and Tanek Poreda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute of the match, Jacobo Gonzo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcial Chabier saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Carlos Pedrosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Casimiro Asier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Marcial Chabier made a huge save. Marcial Chabier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Gonzo in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Plumerillo booed when Pituil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Pedrosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Pituil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Gonzo came free, but Marcial Chabier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 54 played minutes Plumerillo got a freekick which was hit by Eugeniusz Koczara. In the 57th minute Pituil FC were awarded a corner. Rodrigo Bilos went to the cornerflag to take it. Abel Matro had great luck who in the 60thth minute grab hold of the ball when Carlos Pedrosa from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Abel Matro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Pedrosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Casimiro Asier, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 65 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Marcial Chabier was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Pituil FC's Alejandro Berdaitz was substituted for Adalberto Quaresma. 75 minutes into the match, Plumerillo's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Pedrosa came free, but Abel Matro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Plumerillo's Abel Matro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Pedrosa in the 78th minute of play. Abel Matro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Pedrosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute.
