Jeremy Nicholas stood somewhat misplaced when Lars Bammerman came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 12 minute. Iwan Kasiewski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Jeremy Nicholas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alaaddin Solskjær made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Pacheco in the 16th minute of play. A hard shot 17 in the game by Lars Bammerman from a close distance when the talented Jeremy Nicholas managed to make a qualified save. New England Minas's players were relieved. Alaaddin Solskjær showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Iwan Kasiewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Jeremy Nicholas made a huge save. In the 26th minute, Iwan Kasiewski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jeremy Nicholas. The goal made the score 2-0. Alaaddin Solskjær took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goalkeeper Jeremy Nicholas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iwan Kasiewski. Iwan Kasiewski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Jeremy Nicholas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Iwan Kasiewski in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jeremy Nicholas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. FC Kurdistan's Iwan Kasiewski was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 46th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

FC Kurdistan made a substitution. Nils Hopp replaced Emanuel Åström. Jeremy Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Sundström in the 54th minute of the match. Jeremy Nicholas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Sundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 61 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Sundström came free, but Jeremy Nicholas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute FC Kurdistan were awarded a corner. Erhard Esbo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led FC Kurdistan's Erhard Esbo to fire away a dangerous shot which Jeremy Nicholas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jeremy Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Hopp in the 68th minute of the match. Jeremy Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Hopp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. New England Minas's Jeremy Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwan Kasiewski in the 71st minute of play. After some careless play in the New England Minas defense, Iwan Kasiewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeremy Nicholas. The New England Minas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeremy Nicholas should have stopped the shot. New England Minas's Zachery Church was substituted for Roman Major. After 81 played minutes New England Minas got a freekick which was hit by António Nóbrega. Jeremy Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Hopp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute Iwan Kasiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. New England Minas's Jeremy Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils Hopp in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute Iwan Kasiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Hopp in the 92nd minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Jeremy Nicholas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Nils Hopp managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Kurdistan's supporters rose to their feet, but Nils Hopp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremy Nicholas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. New England Minas made a substitution. Arturo Sito replaced Tio Lio. After 98 minutes of play, FC Kurdistan's Iwan Kasiewski made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeremy Nicholas was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Kurdistan fully deserved thier win.
