The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes of play, Fc Aroosos's Borys Rzentkowski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ademir Baptista was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ademir Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borys Rzentkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Co Sanders hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardo Mazzola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Lalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Matungo Gaúcho's goalkeeper Ademir Baptista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Borys Rzentkowski. In the 17th minute, Gilmar Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardo Mazzola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milosz Hejza, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Matungo Gaúcho's Milosz Hejza managed to work through Fc Aroosos's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Milosz Hejza dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 25 minutes into the match, Matungo Gaúcho's goalkeeper Ademir Baptista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Borys Rzentkowski. Milosz Hejza scored 1-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardo Mazzola, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute Milosz Hejza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Mazzola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Mazzola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Borges, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Gilmar Borges had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardo Mazzola. Fc Aroosos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilmar Borges was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The Fc Aroosos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Matungo Gaúcho were winning 1-2.

Fc Aroosos made a substitution. Boruc Tychy replaced Borys Rzentkowski. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Boruc Tychy to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Matungo Gaúcho getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Gilmar Borges hit a great ball. Fc Aroosos's Bernardo Mazzola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Fc Aroosos from getting a goal against them. Matungo Gaúcho's Ademir Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boruc Tychy in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Prospero Lalla threw the ball into play from the sideline. Fc Aroosos's Damiano Casadei quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 63 minutes in the game, Prospero Lalla dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Fc Aroosos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Gilmar Borges scored to the left of an out of position Bernardo Mazzola, making the score, 1-3. Ademir Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boruc Tychy in the 71st minute of play. After 73 minutes Matungo Gaúcho's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cyryl Brzeszczak who took care of the corner kick. Pablo Garnier was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celedonio Florinio got free with Bernardo Mazzola in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute, Frank Cromefeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 84 minutes of play, Fc Aroosos's Boruc Tychy made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ademir Baptista was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ademir Baptista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boruc Tychy's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Frank Cromefeldt hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute Boruc Tychy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademir Baptista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute of the match Fc Aroosos got a corner. Matungo Gaúcho's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cyryl Brzeszczak ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Fc Aroosos's Boruc Tychy to fire away a dangerous shot which Ademir Baptista despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
