In the 7th match minute, Gothic Souls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tamer Özgu to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Fc Aroosos booed when Gothic Souls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tamer Özgu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lemi Uğurlubey made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Cyryl Brzeszczak sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Aroosos's zone, Erhan Ascı stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Mazzola came out of the goal and Erhan Ascı tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erhan Ascı might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernardo Mazzola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erhan Ascı ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erhan Ascı in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Mazzola saved Fc Aroosos from getting behind. With a little luck, Gothic Souls's Lemi Uğurlubey got control of the ball when Borys Rzentkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damiano Casadei made in the 19th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Borys Rzentkowski. If Erhan Ascı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 20 minutes into the match, Fc Aroosos's goal looked a bit too open when Erhan Ascı came free, but Bernardo Mazzola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filomeno Olivos made in the 26th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Erhan Ascı immediately put the ball in play. Lemi Uğurlubey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Rzentkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the Fc Aroosos defense, Erhan Ascı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardo Mazzola. The Fc Aroosos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Mazzola should have stopped the shot. Fc Aroosos made a substitution. Boruc Tychy replaced Borys Rzentkowski. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Boruc Tychy to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Fc Aroosos's goalkeeper Bernardo Mazzola had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erhan Ascı. In the 59th minute, Erhan Ascı left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gothic Souls fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Gothic Souls made a substitution. Hilmi Tanpınar replaced Gong Yong. Gothic Souls's Gazanfer Devan was substituted for Erdinç Sarıalp. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Bernardo Mazzola successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erhan Ascı got free with Bernardo Mazzola in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 74 played minutes Gothic Souls got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Olivos. Filomeno Olivos hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Bernardo Mazzola made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Erhan Ascı sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th minute Erhan Ascı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Mazzola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Mazzola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erhan Ascı in the 81st minute of the match. Lovis Schobel hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the match, Fc Aroosos's Boruc Tychy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lemi Uğurlubey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match was over Gothic Souls could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fc Aroosos throughout the match.
