Richie Cagigal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vincent Tordesillas in the 14th minute. A nice corner shot did that Vincent Tordesillas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Samir Afacan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. San Mauro A Mare FC's Samir Afacan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save San Mauro A Mare FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Real de Carmelo 2021 FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Gabriel Heinze hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Levent Hicran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Richie Cagigal was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Samir Afacan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 33rd match minute, Real de Carmelo 2021 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dacio Carcamo to maneuver through the defense. Samir Afacan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucho Aguiar in the 39th minute of play. Levent Hicran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richie Cagigal having to interfere. If Augusto Graziani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Levent Hicran struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Richie Cagigal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Mauro A Mare FC. Levent Hicran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Real de Carmelo 2021 FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. San Mauro A Mare FC were winning 0-1.

Levent Hicran came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Richie Cagigal could save by the left post. When Francesco Cremonese came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the San Mauro A Mare FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francesco Cremonese couldn't finish the play. Samir Afacan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucho Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. San Mauro A Mare FC's Samir Afacan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dacio Carcamo in the 64th minute of play. Dacio Carcamo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samir Afacan having to interfere. San Mauro A Mare FC's Vasco Bento was substituted for Trey Cai. Samir Afacan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dacio Carcamo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute Dacio Carcamo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samir Afacan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samir Afacan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucho Aguiar in the 71st minute of the match. 73 minutes into the game, one of Real de Carmelo 2021 FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alex Orsi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richie Cagigal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. After 82 minutes of play, San Mauro A Mare FC's Alex Orsi made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richie Cagigal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Danel Belluga was substituted for Antônio Carlos da Costa. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Richie Cagigal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Orsi in the 88th minute of play. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Larry Estoyanoff was substituted for Lucho Aguiar. A collision led to San Mauro A Mare FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Fabinho Bastos hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute Alex Orsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richie Cagigal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Orsi might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Richie Cagigal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alex Orsi ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Orsi got free with Richie Cagigal in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Real de Carmelo 2021 FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching San Mauro A Mare FC's performance. The match ended with a win for San Mauro A Mare FC.
