Thanks to some nice moves Jedrzej Kiszkiel could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Cirilo Eliu however easily saved by the left post. Jedrzej Kiszkiels short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Cirilo Eliu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 27 minutes into the match, FC Ouagadougou National's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Eneko came free, but Rene Vereijt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 97th minute, when Justicialista FC's Birkan Cam after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Rene Vereijt in FC Ouagadougou National's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Ouagadougou National fans cheered their team off the field, for while Justicialista FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
