CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pankracy Rasiak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Dudu Freitas in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's goalie prevented a goal. Niculae Romanescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudu Freitas in the 23rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Dudu Freitas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niculae Romanescu was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Niculae Romanescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pankracy Rasiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ireneusz Jeleń in the 43rd minute of play forced LKS Wasik Lidzbark's goalkeeper Filip Topolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niculae Romanescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ziemowit Smolarek's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Niculae Romanescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Duszenski in the 47th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Victor Rutenio got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dudu Freitas was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco van Basten in the 51st minute of play forced LKS Wasik Lidzbark's goalkeeper Filip Topolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by LKS Wasik Lidzbark's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The score was now 0-2. 56 minutes into the game, Pankracy Rasiak recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Niculae Romanescu. Pankracy Rasiak showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Niculae Romanescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudu Freitas in the 67th minute of play. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN made a substitution. Robertas Lewandowski replaced Ireneusz Jeleń. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Dragan Cheresharski was substituted for Klement Makarewicz. Sean Sparrow hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 76th match minute, LKS Wasik Lidzbark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sean Sparrow to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Robertas Lewandowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filip Topolski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robertas Lewandowski in the 88th minute of play forced LKS Wasik Lidzbark's goalkeeper Filip Topolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Velimir Bostandzhiev during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Velimir Bostandzhiev kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Filip Topolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robertas Lewandowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. LKS Wasik Lidzbark had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
