Sandinense ADF were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after MIT's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sílvio Luiz Tasso took the corner. After taking down the ball on Sandinense ADF's corner Kaká Fenomeno fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Calistrat Madgearu quite easily take care of the ball. Mihăiţă Ilarie kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. A collision led to MIT getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mihăiţă Ilarie hit a great ball. Calistrat Madgearu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Burak Özdoğan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sandinense ADF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Tiberiu Caramarin scored to the left of an out of position Breno Costa, making the score, 2-0. Dorin Banu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Breno Costa made a huge save. After 27 played minutes MIT got a freekick which was hit by Dorin Banu. Calistrat Madgearu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hubert Wallmark in the 28th minute of the match. Tiberiu Caramarin might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Breno Costa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiberiu Caramarin ran back to his position shaking his head. Tiberiu Caramarin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Breno Costa made a huge save. MIT's Tiberiu Caramarin got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Burak Özdoğan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calistrat Madgearu having to interfere.

In the 51st minute Mihăiţă Ilarie collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. Juvenal da Rocha's late challenge caught a MIT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juvenal da Rocha helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Sandinense ADF defense, Tiberiu Caramarin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Breno Costa. The Sandinense ADF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Breno Costa should have stopped the shot. Hubert Wallmark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Calistrat Madgearu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MIT's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dinu Grigoroiu in the 63rd minute. Breno Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 65th minute of the match. Burak Özdoğan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Breno Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the game, Sílvio Luiz Tasso threw the ball into play from the sideline. MIT's Aurel Buzea quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. MIT's Calistrat Madgearu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Wallmark in the 90th minute of play. MIT were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sandinense ADF for a fine match.
