With a couple of smart ball manuevers Omero Cobain in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomás Bonifaco saved Candelaria FC from getting behind. Ejder Baba came out of the goal and Sven-Olof Sjöberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Olof Sjöberg in the 30th minute of play forced FCFiratRom's goalkeeper Ejder Baba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Candelaria FC were awarded a corner. Marciano Lekubegi went to the cornerflag to take it. Candelaria FC's Marciano Lekubegi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ejder Baba in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Marquez got free with Ejder Baba in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

FCFiratRom's Oso Bucuk was substituted for Omero Cobain. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oso Bucuk to make the kick off. FCFiratRom's Ejder Baba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Olof Sjöberg in the 54th minute of play. Ejder Baba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. With his leg Tomás Bonifaco managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when FCFiratRom's Nino Marcelli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. FCFiratRom's Ejder Baba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Olof Sjöberg in the 64th minute of play.
