Challacó's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Timoteo Gines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roch Felenak in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Challacó's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Josué Pagueguy was slow to take the kick. During this time La Pointe Courte's players had a chance to rest. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Pointe Courte's goalkeeper Gao Yang Yan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Challacó were furious when Daniel Cáceres was red carded, 26 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 25 minutes into the game, one of Challacó:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Timoteo Gines, was totally fooled by La Pointe Courte's Roch Felenak, who 28 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a rather tough play, Challacó's 史渊适 got a free kick in the 39th minute. Roch Felenak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Timoteo Gines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianluca Prestin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Timoteo Gines made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alain Girault in the 52nd minute of play. Timoteo Gines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianluca Prestin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gao Yang Yan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Urbasa Alabern in the 56th minute. La Pointe Courte's Yves Leite was substituted for Roch Felenak. 64 minutes into the match, La Pointe Courte's goalkeeper Gao Yang Yan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavel Brânza. Challacó's Timoteo Gines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianluca Prestin in the 70th minute of play. Pavel Brânza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Gao Yang Yan made a huge save. 77 minutes into the match, Challacó's goal looked a bit too open when Yves Leite came free, but Timoteo Gines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Yves Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Gines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yves Leite in the 84th minute of play forced Challacó's goalkeeper Timoteo Gines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urbasa Alabern who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Gao Yang Yan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yves Leite in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timoteo Gines prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Urbasa Alabern got free with Gao Yang Yan in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Urbasa Alabern could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which Gao Yang Yan however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to La Pointe Courte getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Yves Leite hit a great ball.
