Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Victor Piţurcă took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gabriel Vermeşan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orvar Bäckström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. The throw-in from Radomir Ratulowski in the 6th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Emerald's Damian Furlit. 6 minutes into the game, Victor Piţurcă cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Orvar Bäckström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A sloppy throw-in by Radomir Ratulowski in the 17th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Emerald's Hurşit Cemşit. In the 21st minute of the match Emerald got a corner. Basavilbaso FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gabriel Vermeşan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Emerald's Gabriel Mălaimare getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Emerald's 彭树邦 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henric Springfält in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Victor Piţurcă ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orvar Bäckström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Orvar Bäckström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Piţurcă's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. A nice corner shot did that Gabriel Vermeşan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Orvar Bäckström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 32 minutes into the match, Emerald's goalkeeper 彭树邦 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clemente Rubio. Victor Piţurcă took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orvar Bäckström. Orvar Bäckström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The referee felt a red card was in order, 40 minutes into the game, when Norbert Van den Gans put in a rough tackle. In the 40th minute, one of Basavilbaso FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Basavilbaso FC. Basavilbaso FC:s Orvar Bäckström showed great skill when he stopped Matei Félix Júnior:s penalty. Matei Félix Júnior did an outstanding performance 43 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-4 to the right of an irritated Orvar Bäckström in the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Victor Piţurcă notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Basavilbaso FC's Orvar Bäckström. Orvar Bäckström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clemente Rubio was the one to do the kick off. Victor Piţurcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Victor Piţurcă kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Orvar Bäckström. That made the score 0-6 in the 53 minute of play. In the 56th minute, Victor Piţurcă reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Orvar Bäckström. The goal made the score 0-7. Basavilbaso FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Victor Piţurcă scored to the left of an out of position Orvar Bäckström, making the score, 0-8. The throw-in from Radomir Ratulowski in the 62nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Emerald's Cristoforo Grandis. Basavilbaso FC's Orvar Bäckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Piţurcă in the 63rd minute of play. 彭树邦 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Glad in the 65th minute of play. John Glad took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 彭树邦. 彭树邦 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. Orvar Bäckström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Piţurcă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Victor Piţurcă reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Orvar Bäckström. The goal made the score 1-10. A beautiful save bye Basavilbaso FC's goalie prevented a goal. 94 minutes into the game, Victor Piţurcă recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Orvar Bäckström. Victor Piţurcă showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-11. The Emerald players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
