Emerald's 彭树邦 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Emerald from getting a goal against them. In the 11th minute Compugraf were awarded a corner. He Nan Lei went to the cornerflag to take it. Xantalen Titos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 彭树邦 having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Piţurcă in the 14th minute of play forced Compugraf's goalkeeper Duda Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Gabriel Vermeşan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Duda Veiga quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xantalen Titos got free with 彭树邦 in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Compugraf were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Emerald's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. He Nan Lei took the corner. 彭树邦 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavinho Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Xantalen Titos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of 彭树邦, 1-0. 24 minutes in the game Jaime Carioca did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jaime Carioca. Xantalen Titos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Xantalen Titos might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 彭树邦. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xantalen Titos ran back to his position shaking his head. Xantalen Titos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but 彭树邦 made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xantalen Titos to make the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Xantalen Titos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Compugraf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xantalen Titos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 彭树邦 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xantalen Titos in the 58th minute of play. 彭树邦 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xantalen Titos, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Compugraf made a substitution. Alfredo Massa replaced Valer Jurca. 彭树邦 came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Compugraf's Chico Freire. But to his dismay, Chico Freire quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 彭树邦 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wang Zhen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 彭树邦 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chico Freire in the 85th minute of the match. He Nan Lei struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. 彭树邦 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Compugraf. The audience was convinced that Chico Freire's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 彭树邦 was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. In the 94th match minute, Compugraf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulysses Fernandes to maneuver through the defense.
