Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Salvador Hats started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Basavilbaso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Hats came free, but Orvar Bäckström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salvador Hats in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orvar Bäckström saved Basavilbaso FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, El Fortín de Floresta's Alvino Tinto got a free kick in the 5th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Basavilbaso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Stanislao came free, but Orvar Bäckström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The long shot by Zayvius Bengoechea in the 10th minute really tested Santos Orlan's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Orvar Bäckström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Hats in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Policarpio in the 13th minute of play forced Basavilbaso FC's goalkeeper Orvar Bäckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lisandro Martinez charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lisandro Martinez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 played minutes El Fortín de Floresta got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Martinez. Venancio Lop's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Santos Orlan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Orvar Bäckström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Aguilera, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. When El Fortín de Floresta's Salvador Hats in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Basavilbaso FC's goalie prevented a goal. Orvar Bäckström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Aguilera in the 25th minute of the match. Orvar Bäckström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Stanislao, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute, Salvador Hats ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orvar Bäckström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Basavilbaso FC's Orvar Bäckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Hats in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Delmar Manex had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orvar Bäckström. Basavilbaso FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Delmar Manex was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Orvar Bäckström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Aguilera in the 37th minute of play. A collision led to El Fortín de Floresta getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Alvino Tinto hit a great ball. If Cipriano Aguilera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orvar Bäckström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Manex, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half El Fortín de Floresta were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clemente Rubio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Delmar Manex had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th match minute, Basavilbaso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henric Springfält to maneuver through the defense. Delmar Manex hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute Cipriano Aguilera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orvar Bäckström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orvar Bäckström was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Salvador Hats capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Salvador Hats really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After 64 played minutes Basavilbaso FC got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Rubio. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmar Manex got free with Orvar Bäckström in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Orvar Bäckström stood somewhat misplaced when Salvador Hats came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 69 minute. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Cipriano Aguilera sped through Basavilbaso FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Orvar Bäckström. El Fortín de Floresta's Cristo Orlan was substituted for Lauras Pukelevičius. Orvar Bäckström made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Hector Selmo sent off a good shot on target. Salvador Hats took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orvar Bäckström. Orvar Bäckström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Cipriano Aguilera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orvar Bäckström having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Aguilera in the 95th minute of play forced Basavilbaso FC's goalkeeper Orvar Bäckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Fortín de Floresta played a much better game than Basavilbaso FC and deserved their victory. The Basavilbaso FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
