After a defensive mix-up in KFC Paal-Tervant's zone, David Batuhin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Freddy Tilens came out of the goal and David Batuhin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Inge Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klemens Huffschmid in the 12th minute of play. Klemens Huffschmid who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Inge Marin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Axel Davus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Cuatrodeocho's Inge Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Davus in the 27th minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Axel Davus to strike the kick off in the second half. Inge Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Conincx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd match minute, Cuatrodeocho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apat Machado to maneuver through the defense. In the 57thth minute of the game David Batuhin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Paal-Tervant's Freddy Tilens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Cuatrodeocho's David Batuhin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Freddy Tilens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, KFC Paal-Tervant's Freddy Tilens got control of the ball when David Batuhin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Inge Marin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klemens Huffschmid, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Cuatrodeocho's David Batuhin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Freddy Tilens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Cuatrodeocho's Inge Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Davus in the 84th minute of play. Inge Marin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Conincx, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute, Cuatrodeocho's Iván Villafane ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Freddy Tilens. Freddy Tilens yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Shaun McLae struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Inge Marin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KFC Paal-Tervant.
