In the 11thth minute of the game Leo Pietro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VfL Wolfsburg's Olle Tunander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Leo Pietro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olle Tunander was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Olle Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Pietro, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Leo Pietro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of VfL Wolfsburg:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Freestylers:s goal. The referee gave Freestylers a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Matthias Büssinger, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of VfL Wolfsburg's Olle Tunander. 0-1. When Freestylers's Leo Pietro in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye VfL Wolfsburg's goalie prevented a goal. Aytuğ Ergüden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Olle Tunander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Freestylers's Leo Pietro in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 43rd minute Leo Pietro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olle Tunander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 48 minutes into the game, Hannes Ström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Yuan Lei Jing. Hannes Ström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Freestylers made a substitution. Mathias Abstreiter replaced Simon John. The VfL Wolfsburg players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Freestylers were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leo Pietro made a kick off. When Freestylers's Leo Pietro in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 60th minute, Leo Pietro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olle Tunander was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Freestylers made a substitution. German Evarado replaced Leo Pietro. Mai Qian Guang's shot from long distance in the 67th minute was not bad at all, but VfL Wolfsburg's Olle Tunander knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. VfL Wolfsburg's Olle Tunander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save VfL Wolfsburg from getting a goal against them. After 72 played minutes VfL Wolfsburg got a freekick which was hit by Bertil Fanström. Freestylers's Björn Lachenicht was substituted for Musa Bardakçı. Bertil Fanström kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The supporters of Freestylers booed when VfL Wolfsburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertil Fanström didn't get a good kick on the ball. German Evarado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olle Tunander having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, German Evarado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Freestylers's supporters rose to their feet, but German Evarado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olle Tunander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. German Evarado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Olle Tunander made a huge save. Freestylers's Yuan Lei Jing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Albom in the 89th minute of play. When Freestylers's German Evarado in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye VfL Wolfsburg's goalie prevented a goal. Olle Tunander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Evarado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Aytuğ Ergüden came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Freestylers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aytuğ Ergüden couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Freestylers's German Evarado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Olle Tunander. That made the score 1-6 after 94 minutes of play. In the 99th minute, Bertil Fanström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 99 minutes into the game, German Evarado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Olle Tunander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Freestylers walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
