In the 14th minute, Alvito Helguera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Alvito Helguera took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Caupolicán Damjan to make any attempt to save it. In the 23rd minute Geronimo Txindoki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Larpe Cabrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raul Jaizki hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Alvito Helguera's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Caupolicán Damjan firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Nueva Adalucia's Santxo Moya got a free kick in the 44th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvito Helguera was the one to do the kick off. If Tiago Gabriel Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 55th minute, Geronimo Txindoki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Alvito Helguera sped through CF Scalonetos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Caupolicán Damjan. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Alvito Helguera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nueva Adalucia's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvito Helguera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caupolicán Damjan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alvito Helguera might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Caupolicán Damjan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alvito Helguera ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute of the match, Tiago Gabriel Carvalho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Larpe Cabrera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. CF Scalonetos's Caupolicán Damjan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvito Helguera in the 68th minute of play. Mané Alcaraz took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Caupolicán Damjan. Caupolicán Damjan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 75 minutes into the match, CF Scalonetos's goal looked a bit too open when Alvito Helguera came free, but Caupolicán Damjan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute of the match Nueva Adalucia got a corner. CF Scalonetos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ospin Urruti ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tomás Puyol was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind CF Scalonetos's goalkeeper Caupolicán Damjan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Caupolicán Damjan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvito Helguera in the 85th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Alvito Helguera notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of CF Scalonetos's Caupolicán Damjan. Caupolicán Damjan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alvito Helguera scored 5-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Caupolicán Damjan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Nueva Adalucia were victorious despite being under pressure from CF Scalonetos for much of the match.
