The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Matador's zone, Péter Bánhegyi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Sugar came out of the goal and Péter Bánhegyi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Péter Bánhegyi in the 5th minute of play forced Matador's goalkeeper Emilio Sugar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Alexandria Team08's Basarab Panciu got a free kick in the 7th minute. Alexandria Team08's Radu Barbălată proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Alexandria Team08 from getting a goal against them. The Alexandria Team08 fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Alexandria Team08's Manole Miulescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manole Miulescu in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emilio Sugar saved Matador from getting behind. Emilio Sugar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manole Miulescu in the 17th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Teo Veto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radu Barbălată saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Manole Miulescu came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Alexandria Team08 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manole Miulescu couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basarab Panciu in the 25th minute of play forced Matador's goalkeeper Emilio Sugar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bogdan Agusoaei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Radu Barbălată made a huge save. In the 26th minute, Bogdan Agusoaei reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Radu Barbălată. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 29th minute, Manole Miulescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alexandria Team08 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The audience was convinced that Manole Miulescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Sugar was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. In the 34th minute Alexandria Team08 were awarded a corner. Jedrzej Sanocki went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Alexandria Team08's corner Mma Clan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emilio Sugar quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Manole Miulescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alexandria Team08's supporters rose to their feet, but Manole Miulescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Sugar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matador's Emilio Sugar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Péter Bánhegyi in the 41st minute of play. Emilio Sugar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basarab Panciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute of the match, Bogdan Agusoaei got a very nice opportunity to score, but Radu Barbălată was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bogdan Agusoaei in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Radu Barbălată, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bogdan Agusoaei who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Radu Barbălată when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teo Veto to make the kick off. Alexandria Team08's Radu Barbălată played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogdan Agusoaei in the 52nd minute of play. Marin Dică received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emilio Sugar came out and tried to block the shot, but Marin Dică slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 54th minute. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Matador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jedrzej Sanocki was slow to take the kick. During this time Alexandria Team08's players had a chance to rest. Alexandria Team08's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jedrzej Sanocki in the 61st minute. After taking down the ball on Alexandria Team08's corner Manole Miulescu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emilio Sugar quite easily take care of the ball. Alexandria Team08 were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Matador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jedrzej Sanocki took the corner. In the 76th minute Zhou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Sugar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matador's Emilio Sugar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Matador from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Emilio Sugar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Matador's Rolando Medardo got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute, Everardo Orlan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Alexandria Team08's Jedrzej Sanocki broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Matador's Emilio Sugar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhou in the 85th minute of play. Matador's Emilio Sugar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Matador from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the match, Matador's goal looked a bit too open when Zhou came free, but Emilio Sugar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Matador's Emilio Sugar got control of the ball when Doctor Mugg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emilio Sugar came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Alexandria Team08's Zhou. But to his dismay, Zhou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Alexandria Team08's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
