In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Set Fire's goalkeeper Delmiro Rosalio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hélio Cunha during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 played minutes Set Fire got a freekick which was hit by Hélio Cunha. 12 minutes into the game, Kayhan Özercan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Delmiro Rosalio. Kayhan Özercan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Andoni Zubizarreta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Dziura, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute, Hélio Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delmiro Rosalio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kayhan Özercan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Toma Bo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Delmiro Rosalio came out and tried to block the shot, but Toma Bo slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 23rd minute. Delmiro Rosalio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Toma Bo went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Delmiro Rosalio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toma Bo in the 41st minute of the match. A collision led to Set Fire getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Rogério Pedrosa hit a great ball. Set Fire's Delmiro Rosalio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Set Fire from getting a goal against them. Rogério Pedrosa was shown his second yellow card after 45 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Set Fire's Rogério Pedrosa got a free kick in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.
The wind increased when Daniel Dziura made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Set Fire's David Montinho got a free kick in the 52nd minute. A collision led to Set Fire getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Lilian Thuram hit a great ball. After having played for 53 minutes, Kayhan Özercan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 14 YâReN FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kayhan Özercan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Toma Bo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Delmiro Rosalio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toma Bo, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toma Bo in the 71st minute of play forced Set Fire's goalkeeper Delmiro Rosalio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Delmiro Rosalio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Julin in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute Kayhan Özercan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Rosalio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delmiro Rosalio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Toma Bo went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Kayhan Özercan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Delmiro Rosalio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delmiro Rosalio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kayhan Özercan in the 83rd minute of the match. Delmiro Rosalio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Julin in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute Toma Bo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Rosalio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 YâReN FC's Sol Campbell quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Olcay Tezkan, made in the 89th minute of the game. 90 minutes into the match, Set Fire's goal looked a bit too open when Toma Bo came free, but Delmiro Rosalio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmiro Rosalio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toma Bo's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute, Kayhan Özercan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delmiro Rosalio was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. 14 YâReN FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
