FC Buzău's Gheorghe Baldovin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Espiridion in the 7th minute of play. Dino Nicolini struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Gheorghe Baldovin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montalcino SE. Modesto Atarratze scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gheorghe Baldovin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Montalcino SE's Nicolas Espiridion slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gheorghe Baldovin. That made the score 2-0 after 15 minutes of play. Leonardo de Godoi struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Gheorghe Baldovin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montalcino SE. Valdomiro Ferraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Aanuţei in the 22nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Genílson Diniz during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Genílson Diniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Buzău's Gheorghe Baldovin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Espiridion in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Buzău's goalkeeper Gheorghe Baldovin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Buzău's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Dino Nicolini scored to the left of an out of position Gheorghe Baldovin, making the score, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

João Adolfo de Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Nicolas Espiridion blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gheorghe Baldovin having to make a save. 56 minutes into the match, Montalcino SE's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Aanuţei came free, but Valdomiro Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Montalcino SE's Valdomiro Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Bunoaică in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Perivaldo Paiva made a precise shot to the right of Gheorghe Baldovin. FC Buzău's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Espiridion in the 66th minute of play forced FC Buzău's goalkeeper Gheorghe Baldovin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Montalcino SE's Valdomiro Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Bunoaică in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute Nicolas Espiridion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gheorghe Baldovin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Leonard Aanuţei recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Valdomiro Ferraz. Leonard Aanuţei showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. Gheorghe Baldovin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Espiridion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonard Aanuţeis short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Valdomiro Ferraz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 86 minutes in the game, Leonard Aanuţei fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Valdomiro Ferraz having to interfere. A hard shot 88 in the game by Leonard Aanuţei from a close distance when the talented Valdomiro Ferraz managed to make a qualified save. Montalcino SE's players were relieved. A collision led to Montalcino SE getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Nicolas Espiridion hit a great ball. Vintilă Stoicea might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valdomiro Ferraz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vintilă Stoicea ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 96th minute Nicolas Espiridion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gheorghe Baldovin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Montalcino SE were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Buzău for a fine match.
