The audience thought a goal was coming when Eneko Sobrado got free with Gheorghe Baldovin in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gheorghe Baldovin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celso Rivas in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, FC CHIVA's goal looked a bit too open when Edinson Cavani came free, but Andrés Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute Edinson Cavani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrés Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, FC CHIVA's goal looked a bit too open when Vintilă Stoicea came free, but Andrés Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cătălin Arjoca to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Edinson Cavani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrés Torres. FC CHIVA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edinson Cavani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Andrés Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Aanuţei in the 57th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vintilă Stoicea got free with Andrés Torres in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 61 minutes into the match, Marius Bunoaică had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrés Torres. FC CHIVA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marius Bunoaică was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. 66 minutes into the game, Leonard Aanuţei cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Andrés Torres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 72 minutes into the game, Leonard Aanuţei recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Andrés Torres. Leonard Aanuţei showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Marius Bunoaică's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Andrés Torres firmly grabbed it by the left post. The corner led FC Buzău's Leonard Aanuţei to fire away a dangerous shot which Andrés Torres despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Andrés Torres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marius Bunoaică's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Augustin Cernat notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of FC CHIVA's Andrés Torres. Andrés Torres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC CHIVA's Andrés Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save FC CHIVA from getting a goal against them. After 87 minutes of play, FC Buzău's Edinson Cavani made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrés Torres was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 90 minutes, Dan Engström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC CHIVA and the FC Buzău players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dan Engström kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Marius Bunoaică scored 0-11 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrés Torres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Buzău played a much better game than FC CHIVA and deserved their victory. The FC CHIVA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
