Big Hands took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Espiridion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Big Hands showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Espiridion, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Nicolas Espiridion scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Big Hands, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramon Pueblo in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdomiro Ferraz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Big Hands managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Montalcino SE's Modesto Atarratze fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Valdomiro Ferraz came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Ramon Pueblo. But to his dismay, Ramon Pueblo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Atarratze in the 27th minute of play forced BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Big Hands to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valdomiro Ferraz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Pueblo's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Pueblo in the 32nd minute of play forced Montalcino SE's goalkeeper Valdomiro Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Montalcino SE defense, Ramon Pueblo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdomiro Ferraz. The Montalcino SE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdomiro Ferraz should have stopped the shot. Cirilo Arlo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Ramon Pueblo made a precise shot to the right of Valdomiro Ferraz. Montalcino SE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 47th minute Nicolas Espiridion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Big Hands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Montalcino SE made a substitution. Perivaldo Paiva replaced Modesto Atarratze. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramon Pueblo in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdomiro Ferraz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valdomiro Ferraz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ramon Pueblo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 55 minute of play. In the 59th minute Isaltino Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Big Hands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60thth minute of the game Isaltino Figueiredo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Big Hands was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Big Hands made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Espiridion in the 63rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Montalcino SE defense, Lakis Kaminaris kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdomiro Ferraz. The Montalcino SE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdomiro Ferraz should have stopped the shot. The BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Ramon Pueblo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Montalcino SE's Válter Cearense was substituted for Almir Valadares. Big Hands made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perivaldo Paiva in the 72nd minute of play. Big Hands showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Espiridion in the 75th minute of the match. Placido Gilabert hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo de Godoi in the 86th minute of play forced BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Big Hands to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Forsberg to maneuver through the defense. If Perivaldo Paiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramon Pueblo got free with Valdomiro Ferraz in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
