Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Valdomiro Ferraz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Leonardo de Godoi scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrés Torres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, FC CHIVA's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Atarratze came free, but Andrés Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo de Godoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrés Torres having to interfere. Andrés Torres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Modesto Atarratze's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. After 29 minutes, Modesto Atarratze made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC CHIVA's Andrés Torres tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Andrés Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Espiridion, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Atarratze in the 40th minute of play forced FC CHIVA's goalkeeper Andrés Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrés Torres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Modesto Atarratze went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 46th minute, FC CHIVA's Eneko Sobrado dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicolas Espiridion made a kick off. FC CHIVA's Andrés Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save FC CHIVA from getting a goal against them. Perivaldo Paiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Andrés Torres made a huge save. 57 minutes into the match, FC CHIVA's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Nicolini came free, but Andrés Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrés Torres didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 60th minute, which inside left pole to 1-5. In the 65th minute, Boniel Titos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th play minute Perivaldo Paiva came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Andrés Torres. 1-6. Perivaldo Paiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Andrés Torres made a huge save. Andrés Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Nicolini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdomiro Ferraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Rivas in the 77th minute of play. Valdomiro Ferraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Rivas in the 78th minute of the match. Perivaldo Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Andrés Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eneko Sobrado in the 88th minute of play forced Montalcino SE's goalkeeper Valdomiro Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC CHIVA's Andrés Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save FC CHIVA from getting a goal against them. Andrés Torres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Perivaldo Paiva in the 91st minute. Cresenciano Moya blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdomiro Ferraz having to make a save. Andrés Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Nicolini in the 95th minute of play. The FC CHIVA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Montalcino SE were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
