Cirilo Peyo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clapham Comets F.C.. Cirilo Peyo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Paijo Prima showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Fitz Hubbard heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Azulgrana 81's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Paijo Prima scored to the left of an out of position Cirilo Peyo, making the score, 3-0. 30 minutes into the match, Azulgrana 81's goalkeeper Cirilo Peyo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paijo Prima. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vladimir Lenin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Cumhur Tanacan notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Azulgrana 81's Cirilo Peyo. Cirilo Peyo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cirilo Peyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brendon Bale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brendon Bale blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cirilo Peyo having to make a save. Clapham Comets F.C.'s Lee Kerr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Rauvoe in the 62nd minute of play. Lee Kerr made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejandro Martinez in the 64th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Martinez got free with Lee Kerr in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 71 minutes of play, Clapham Comets F.C.'s Brendon Bale made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cirilo Peyo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 75 minutes into the match, Azulgrana 81's goal looked a bit too open when Cumhur Tanacan came free, but Cirilo Peyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Clapham Comets F.C.'s Paijo Prima nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cirilo Peyo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brendon Bale in the 82nd minute of play forced Azulgrana 81's goalkeeper Cirilo Peyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 83 minutes, Brendon Bale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clapham Comets F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Brendon Bale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Clapham Comets F.C. getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Paijo Prima hit a great ball. After 87 minutes, Alejandro Martinez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Azulgrana 81 and the Clapham Comets F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th minute, Alejandro Martinez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute Paijo Prima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Peyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Azulgrana 81's Cirilo Peyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cumhur Tanacan in the 95th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Clapham Comets F.C. had played much better football throughout.
