Miroslav Kvita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute Samaniego Corel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Navarro Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Navarro Montoya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samaniego Corel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48th minute Rafael Casados shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Navarro Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samaniego Corel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arroyito FC's Carlos Navarro Montoya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Casados in the 55th minute of play. In the 58thth minute of the game Gabriel-Omar Santirso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but No Me Inscriban Gracias's De-Jesús Cardon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 98th minute of the match, Matamba Aleson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Carlos Navarro Montoya was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Arroyito FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
