Rosario Central FC's Juan Musso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Jonasson in the 11th minute of play. John Yip lost his temper 13 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Rosario Central FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of DIF LEEDS BK:s goal. Rosario Central FC:s Juan Musso showed great skill when he stopped Ulf Nordlander:s penalty. Juan Musso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renzo Ingelborgs in the 16th minute of play. The DIF LEEDS BK fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when DIF LEEDS BK's Ulf Nordlander looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt got control of the ball when Gervasio Bieito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gervasio Bieito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brazilio Butt having to interfere. Renzo Ingelborgs hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Juan Musso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulf Nordlander's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Rosario Central FC's Juan Musso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henric Persson in the 28th minute of play. Brazilio Butt made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Ezequiel Maldonado sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind DIF LEEDS BK's goalkeeper Brazilio Butt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gervasio Bieito got free with Brazilio Butt in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rosario Central FC's Juan Musso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Jonasson in the 36th minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Maldonado threw the ball into play from the sideline. DIF LEEDS BK's Henric Persson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ezequiel Maldonado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eduardo Selmo kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Juan Musso made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Ulf Nordlander sent off a good shot on target. Rosario Central FC made a substitution. Estevão Bessa replaced Ezequiel Maldonado. The supporters of Rosario Central FC booed when DIF LEEDS BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerry Jonasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Estevão Bessa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brazilio Butt having to interfere. Juan Musso was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Jerry Jonasson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jerry Jonasson really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Ulf Nordlander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juan Musso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerry Jonasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute of the match, Pál Kormos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Juan Musso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 88th minute Gervasio Bieito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brazilio Butt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to DIF LEEDS BK getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Ulf Nordlander hit a great ball. Ulf Nordlander hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Jerry Jonasson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Juan Musso made a huge save. Gervasio Bieito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Brazilio Butt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The DIF LEEDS BK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing DIF LEEDS BK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
