In the 8th minute, Bartosz Gad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thomás Linares was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Szymon Maziarski got free with Thomás Linares in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, BESTIA GDAŃSK's Bartosz Gad got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 20 played minutes, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Victor Huștiu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leszek Huchro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ASF BAIA MARE -MM- reached it. In the 22nd minute, Viktor Stabbe made a precise shot to the right of Leszek Huchro. BESTIA GDAŃSK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Brânzaș in the 29th minute of play forced BESTIA GDAŃSK's goalkeeper Leszek Huchro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29thth minute of the game Eugen Lupea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BESTIA GDAŃSK's Leszek Huchro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Thomás Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jozef Goegebeur in the 30th minute of play. Lukasz Ankiewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomás Linares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Bartosz Gad reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Thomás Linares. The goal made the score 3-1. Leszek Huchro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugen Lupea's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Jozef Goegebeur kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Leszek Huchro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zdzislaw Rekowski in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bartosz Gad was the one to do the kick off. Thomás Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartosz Gad, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Thomás Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szymon Maziarski in the 56th minute of play. Bartosz Gad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leszek Huchro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remus Vermeşan in the 65th minute. Jozef Goegebeur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomás Linares having to interfere. The corner led BESTIA GDAŃSK's Jozef Goegebeur to fire away a dangerous shot which Thomás Linares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Patricio Otoniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
