The referee felt a red card was in order, 4 minutes into the game, when Jakub Kochanowski put in a rough tackle. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Posejdon Gdynia! After a rather tough play, Posejdon Gdynia's Mieszko Gierlach got a free kick in the 7th minute. Judas Verón hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Bernardo Raggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Witwicki in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute of the match Posejdon Gdynia got a corner. Belgrano de Pibasog's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bernard Walczak ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Bernard Walczak almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Belgrano de Pibasog's Bernardo Raggio did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pawel Grabowicz in the 15th minute of play forced Posejdon Gdynia's goalkeeper Sébastien Marionneau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mieszko Gierlach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Raggio having to interfere. Sébastien Marionneau made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Garcia Morros sent off a good shot on target. Sébastien Marionneau was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Garcia Morros showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 32 minute of play. Posejdon Gdynia's attentive Mieszko Gierlach managed to snatch the ball when Maximiano Delgado made a throw-in in the 35th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Judas Verón kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sébastien Marionneau. That made the score 5-0 in the 36 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Eustaquio Fortun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgrano de Pibasog's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Fortun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sébastien Marionneau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Judas Verón in the 40th minute of play forced Posejdon Gdynia's goalkeeper Sébastien Marionneau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Garcia Morros got free with Sébastien Marionneau in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustaw Tscherner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Bernardo Raggio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Judas Verón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Mieszko Gierlach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Posejdon Gdynia's supporters rose to their feet, but Mieszko Gierlach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardo Raggio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Belgrano de Pibasog's Timo Haydon was substituted for Justino Frederico. Sébastien Marionneau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Judas Verón in the 61st minute of play. Posejdon Gdynia's Borys Witwicki managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Garcia Morros in the 64 minute of the game. In the 67th minute, Pawel Grabowicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sébastien Marionneau was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Belgrano de Pibasog's Iulian Ilinca was substituted for Judas Verón. After 73 minutes, Garcia Morros made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Posejdon Gdynia's Sébastien Marionneau tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Pawel Grabowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sébastien Marionneau having to interfere. Sébastien Marionneau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iulian Ilinca in the 88th minute of play. Posejdon Gdynia's Sébastien Marionneau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Jerrold in the 89th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Honorato Jerrold's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sébastien Marionneau was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Sébastien Marionneau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Jerrold in the 94th minute of play. Sébastien Marionneau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iulian Ilinca, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
