In the 48th match minute, Picanya FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregory Bermejo to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcel da Rocha was the one to do the kick off. The Red Devils fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Red Devils's Marcel da Rocha looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Desiderio Elias charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. A throw-in in the 70th minute of the game was made by Baltazar Zaplana with Gregory Bermejo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 72 minutes into the match, Red Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Reina came free, but Braulio Gartxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
