In the 25th minute, Emil Cioran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Marioara Chiricheş from long distance, 33 minutes into the match, got Constantin Potocianu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cássio Dracena to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Club 23 got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Dracena. With an all-out effort, Mapovihesa FC's Sören Malmberg threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Usain Bolt, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Sören Malmberg was a little too slow when Usain Bolt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-1. Mapovihesa FC made a substitution. Jerzy Wojno replaced Kent Saka. Sören Malmberg made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Marcial Iratze sent off a good shot on target. Constantin Potocianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nae Lalescu in the 70th minute of the match. Club 23's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Jerzy Wojno scored to the left of an out of position Sören Malmberg, making the score, 0-2. Club 23 made a substitution. Petre Ciolofan replaced Emil Cioran. Mapovihesa FC's Ali Nejat Özsungur was substituted for Usain Bolt. Club 23's Golo Gana was substituted for Cássio Dracena. 79 minutes into the match, Bogdan Bogdanović had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Constantin Potocianu. Mapovihesa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bogdan Bogdanović was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 82nd minute Ali Nejat Özsungur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Malmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club 23's Sören Malmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Nejat Özsungur in the 82nd minute of play. Sören Malmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Erramu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raimundo Erramu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Sören Malmberg made a huge save. Sören Malmberg made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Raimundo Erramu sent off a good shot on target. Club 23's Sören Malmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Erramu in the 91st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Nejat Özsungur got free with Sören Malmberg in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Club 23 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mapovihesa FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
