Doriva Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Genaro Abendano made a huge save. If Doriva Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Genaro Abendano made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Doriva Sousa sent off a good shot on target. Jósef Wandzik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ender Yalçın in the 34th minute of play. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Genaro Abendano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save RomoLerouX UniteD UXX from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ender Yalçın in the 40th minute of play forced Ghost Hunters's goalkeeper Jósef Wandzik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute of the match RomoLerouX UniteD UXX got a corner. Ghost Hunters's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edwin Romaza ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lorenzo Badas was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 47 minutes into the game, Ghost Hunters's Doriva Sousa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Genaro Abendano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Doriva Sousa made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Gombal to maneuver through the defense. Genaro Abendano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Lindell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Urre Villoria was substituted for Marcos Salazar. Genaro Abendano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geronimo Eguzki went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Marco Joseph was substituted for Jiang Nan Feng. Genaro Abendano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doriva Sousa in the 75th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Doriva Sousa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Genaro Abendano was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX made a substitution. Quiróz Logares replaced Cafu Romo-Leroux. Genaro Abendano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Sousa in the 81st minute of the match. Ghost Hunters's Jakob Bogren was substituted for Doriva Sousa. Ghost Hunters were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jan-Åke Melander took the corner. In the 92nd match minute, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Villagra Hualde to maneuver through the defense. Willie Waaben made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Pacorro Casas. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ghost Hunters fully deserved thier win.
