The Utopía Muerta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, Utopía Muerta FC's Arkadiusz Piatek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leo Henric narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leo Henric came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Utopía Muerta FC's Arkadiusz Piatek. But to his dismay, Arkadiusz Piatek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The supporters of Utopía Muerta FC booed when Azulgranas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Berenguer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leo Henric showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkadiusz Piatek in the 12th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Utopía Muerta FC defense, Mateo Transito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mano Hume. The Utopía Muerta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mano Hume should have stopped the shot. In the 21st minute Arkadiusz Piatek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Henric saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Virgilio Satordi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 minutes, Uriel Santiago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Utopía Muerta FC and the Azulgranas AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Uriel Santiago kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Mano Hume stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michaël Myers's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After 33 played minutes Utopía Muerta FC got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Martinez. Azulgranas AFC's Radomir Naskrent couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Utopía Muerta FC. The audience was convinced that Arkadiusz Piatek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leo Henric was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Juan Manuel Cruz scored 2-3 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mano Hume, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd minute Michaël Myers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mano Hume saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Azulgranas AFC were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juan Manuel Cruz was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Azulgranas AFC's Mano Hume threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mateo Transito, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mateo Transito in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mano Hume saved Utopía Muerta FC from getting behind. 53 minutes into the match, Utopía Muerta FC's Arkadiusz Piatek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leo Henric narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Utopía Muerta FC were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Azulgranas AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fermin Martinez took the corner. 62 minutes into the match, Utopía Muerta FC's goalkeeper Mano Hume had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Manuel Cruz. 65 minutes into the game, Mateo Transito recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mano Hume. Mateo Transito showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. Utopía Muerta FC's Braulio Hibai was substituted for Anier Johans. Utopía Muerta FC's Severo Bermudo was substituted for Arkadiusz Piatek. Juan Manuel Cruz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mano Hume firmly grabbed it by the left post. Leo Henric showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Hibai, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Mano Hume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Transito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Severo Bermudo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leo Henric was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michaël Myers got free with Mano Hume in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mano Hume stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michaël Myers's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute of the match Azulgranas AFC got a corner. Utopía Muerta FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Radomir Naskrent ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Michaël Myers managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Mano Hume showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Transito in the 85th minute of the match. After 88 minutes, Juan Manuel Cruz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Azulgranas AFC and the Utopía Muerta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th match minute, Azulgranas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Manuel Cruz to maneuver through the defense. Leo Henric made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Bermudo in the 91st minute of play.
