The referee ignored Ghost Hunters's protests and gave Jan-Åke Melander a yellow card for diving instead. Ghost Hunters's Jósef Wandzik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Ghost Hunters from getting a goal against them. When Ghost Hunters's Doriva Sousa in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 34 minutes, Doriva Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ghost Hunters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doriva Sousa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Matheus Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jósef Wandzik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matheus Queirós in the 38th minute. After 43 minutes, Jiang Nan Feng mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RomoLerouX UniteD UXX and the Ghost Hunters players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes RomoLerouX UniteD UXX got a freekick which was hit by Jiang Nan Feng. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Genaro Abendano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doriva Sousa in the 46th minute of play. Delgado Licardi's late challenge caught a Ghost Hunters's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delgado Licardi helped the player get up and apologised. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Delgado Licardi made the kick off in the second half. Doriva Sousa might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Genaro Abendano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Doriva Sousa ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doriva Sousa in the 56th minute of play forced RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's goalkeeper Genaro Abendano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute Nils-Åke Alströmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Abendano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 played minutes RomoLerouX UniteD UXX got a freekick which was hit by Jiang Nan Feng. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doriva Sousa got free with Genaro Abendano in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Genaro Abendano got control of the ball when Doriva Sousa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute, Doriva Sousa made a precise shot to the right of Genaro Abendano. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX made a substitution. Diego Quintianan replaced Edgardo Hilari. Ghost Hunters made a substitution. Shi Yan Lin replaced Henri-Patrick Grocholski. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Villagra Hualde was substituted for Marcos Salazar. Ghost Hunters were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jan-Åke Melander took the corner. In the 82nd match minute, Ghost Hunters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Lindell to maneuver through the defense. Gilbert Lindell kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Jósef Wandzik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Quintianan in the 90th minute of play. Genaro Abendano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Sousa in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 95thth minute of the game Delgado Licardi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ghost Hunters's Jósef Wandzik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 96th minute, Doriva Sousa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Genaro Abendano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The RomoLerouX UniteD UXX fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ghost Hunters were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
