In the 9thth minute of the game Antonio Arnas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Kyustendil's Keilor Navas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Antonio Arnass short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Keilor Navas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 13th match minute, FC Kyustendil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lennox Lewis to maneuver through the defense. Keilor Navas was a little too slow when Fernando Redondo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 20th minute Oskar Lindqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik Kramer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, FC Kyustendil's goalkeeper Keilor Navas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antonio Arnas.
