Ronnie Hellström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 57 minutes into the match, Gnaget United FC's Clóvis Cabral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carmelo Abajas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carmelo Abajas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clóvis Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Clóvis Cabral kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carmelo Abajas. That made the score 1-4 in the 64 minute of play. At last the ball reached Carl Jonsson at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Proson FC. 1-5. In the 89th minute Bogdan Utretskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Abajas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gnaget United FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
