In the 21stth minute of the game Xepe Godan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gnaget United FC's Ronnie Hellström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A nice corner shot did that Marcos Acuña got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ronnie Hellström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 27 minutes into the match, Gnaget United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xepe Godan came free, but Ronnie Hellström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carl Kling hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Ronnie Hellström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xepe Godan in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xepe Godan in the 38th minute of play forced Gnaget United FC's goalkeeper Ronnie Hellström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carl Kling stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Gnaget United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kennet Mårtensson to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Xepe Godan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talleres de Escalada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Xepe Godan took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronnie Hellström. Ronnie Hellström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Talleres de Escalada's Serafin Bernal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Kling in the 65th minute of play. After 68 minutes of play, Gnaget United FC's Carl Jonsson made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Serafin Bernal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Serafin Bernal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Jonsson in the 74th minute of the match. After 74 minutes, Bogdan Utretskiy made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. Talleres de Escalada's Serafin Bernal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ronnie Hellström made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Xepe Godan sent off a good shot on target. 82 minutes into the game, Gnaget United FC's Carl Jonsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serafin Bernal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. After some careless play in the Talleres de Escalada defense, Bogdan Utretskiy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Serafin Bernal. The Talleres de Escalada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serafin Bernal should have stopped the shot. In the 92nd match minute, Talleres de Escalada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecilio Lesardo to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute of the match Ludvig Lund sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Serafin Bernal skillfully saved the ball. Xepe Godan took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronnie Hellström. Ronnie Hellström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-4. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gnaget United FC had won after a very even match.
