In the 62nd minute, one of Xeneizes:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Xeneizes. In the 65th minute there was a penalty for Volvio Moreno. Haroldo Presebal stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo. 3-0. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Barrionuevo in the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Maximiliano Alonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Xeneizes's goalkeeper Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Volvio Moreno's Manuel Loren got control of the ball when Fulgencio Peru tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Maximiliano Alonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xeneizes's Flavio Mantzio was substituted for Lucas Iigo. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo came out of the goal and Haroldo Presebal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Fulgencio Peru kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Manuel Loren. That made the score 3-1 in the 95 minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Volvio Moreno had played much better football throughout.
