After 10 played minutes Zemantauskas FC got a freekick which was hit by Nilson Freire. The supporters of LİONS PEAK booed when Zemantauskas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugênio Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Augusto Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Okan Buruk in the 12th minute of play. A throw-in in the 17th minute of the game was made by Valdir Ortiz with Dudu Rossi as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Zemantauskas FC's Carlos Augusto Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laerte Marquez in the 24th minute of play. Laerte Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zemantauskas FC's Carlos Augusto Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laerte Marquez in the 25th minute of play. The throw-in from Valdir Ortiz in the 29th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by LİONS PEAK's Enginalp Işıklı. Carlos Augusto Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laerte Marquez in the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, LİONS PEAK's Laerte Marquez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Augusto Arósio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Laerte Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 48 minutes into the match, Laerte Marquez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlos Augusto Arósio. Zemantauskas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laerte Marquez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Reha Pekel to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdi Saksø in the 55th minute of play forced LİONS PEAK's goalkeeper Feyzullay İltemur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LİONS PEAK made a substitution. Régis Vander replaced João Francisco Madureira. LİONS PEAK's Alparslan İltemir was substituted for Okan Buruk. LİONS PEAK's Wojciech Kobeko was substituted for Laerte Marquez. Carlos Augusto Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Régis Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as LİONS PEAK's Wojciech Kobeko slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carlos Augusto Arósio. That made the score 0-3 after 67 minutes of play. When LİONS PEAK's Régis Vander in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zemantauskas FC's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as LİONS PEAK's Wojciech Kobeko slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carlos Augusto Arósio. That made the score 0-5 after 76 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Régis Vander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Augusto Arósio was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Wojciech Kobeko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carlos Augusto Arósio came out and tried to block the shot, but Wojciech Kobeko slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 81st minute. Carlos Augusto Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wojciech Kobeko, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Wojciech Kobeko hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Zemantauskas FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Wojciech Kobeko scored to the left of an out of position Carlos Augusto Arósio, making the score, 0-7. Régis Vander received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carlos Augusto Arósio came out and tried to block the shot, but Régis Vander slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 94th minute. Carlos Augusto Arósio was a little too slow when Régis Vander got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 98th minute. The score was now 0-9. The Zemantauskas FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. LİONS PEAK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
