CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Rodrigo Trigo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Erling Jeilman in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gregor Billund's late challenge caught a CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gregor Billund helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE booed when FC Drik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregor Billund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 14 minutes, Ronaldo Håland made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Drik's Erling Jeilman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Radu Dascălu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Svenaage Lisner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yao Lin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Urbano Aballe managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dick Haages in the 29 minute of the game. After having played for 30 minutes, Ronaldo Håland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldo Håland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Radu Dascălu hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Ronaldo Håland received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erling Jeilman came out and tried to block the shot, but Ronaldo Håland slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 35th minute. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Ronaldo Håland sped through FC Drik's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Erling Jeilman. Ronaldo Håland might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erling Jeilman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronaldo Håland ran back to his position shaking his head. Erling Jeilman made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Ronaldo Håland sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Svenaage Lisner was the one to do the kick off. Acácio da Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Håland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Erling Jeilman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 58 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Håland notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of FC Drik's Erling Jeilman. Erling Jeilman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE booed when FC Drik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixten Hviddahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldo Håland in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erling Jeilman saved FC Drik from getting behind. In the 69th minute Ronaldo Håland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erling Jeilman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldo Håland might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erling Jeilman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronaldo Håland ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Drik's Erling Jeilman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Håland in the 71st minute of play. Erling Jeilman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ronaldo Håland went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE made a substitution. Eliézer Mazza replaced Gösta Andreasson. In the 83rd minute, Ronaldo Håland made a precise shot to the right of Erling Jeilman. FC Drik's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Ronaldo Håland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Erling Jeilman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erling Jeilman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henrique Meireles went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. FC Drik's Erling Jeilman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Meireles in the 96th minute of play. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
