Péter Pálffy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Wos, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. A.C. Patagonia's Peter Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manoel Garrincha in the 9th minute of play. Peter Schmeichel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manoel Garrincha in the 13th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Dariusz Wos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Péter Pálffy. That made the score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. A.C. Patagonia's Dariusz Wos, in the 26th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for A.C. Patagonia. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Neycho Mudrov to strike the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Peter Schmeichel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 88 played minutes A.C. Patagonia got a freekick which was hit by Sylwester Sroka. With a little luck, A.C. Patagonia's Peter Schmeichel got control of the ball when Mitchell Godwin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd of the match, Neycho Mudrov tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Peter Schmeichel got in the way and made a wonderful save. Péter Pálffy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustav Siöman in the 94th minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Gustav Siöman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Péter Pálffy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Capivara FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
