Rune Söder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A.C. Patagonia's Peter Schmeichel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save A.C. Patagonia from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the match, Firma Barnängen's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Wos came free, but Rune Söder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ludwig Wassenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dariusz Wos in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rune Söder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Dariusz Wos sped through Firma Barnängen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rune Söder. Harry Andreasson kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. João Pedro Pepe hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Rune Söder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szymon Jaszyna in the 26th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Dariusz Wos put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Rune Söder. Rune Söder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludwig Wassenius in the 31st minute of the match. After having played for 37 minutes, Dariusz Wos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.C. Patagonia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dariusz Wos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rui Costa scored 0-4 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rune Söder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 47 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Olsson came free, but Peter Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mark Olsson was the one to do the kick off. A.C. Patagonia's Peter Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Runberg in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Löv in the 54th minute of play forced A.C. Patagonia's goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A.C. Patagonia made a substitution. Gustav Siöman replaced Ludwig Wassenius. With a little luck, Firma Barnängen's Rune Söder got control of the ball when Gustav Siöman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Rui Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.C. Patagonia's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rune Söder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Firma Barnängen's Rune Söder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Firma Barnängen from getting a goal against them. 89 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's Aldo Di Carlo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rune Söder narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Firma Barnängen's Kemalettin Yüksel got a free kick in the 91st minute. Rune Söder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Szymon Jaszyna in the 91st minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of Firma Barnängen:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of A.C. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. A.C. Patagonia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
