Chris Harrison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Veiga in the 19th minute of play. Chris Harrison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valko Chochkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leopoldo Rivero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paio York in the 27th minute. Paio York received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leopoldo Rivero came out and tried to block the shot, but Paio York slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 28th minute. 44 minutes into the game, Paio York cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Leopoldo Rivero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leopoldo Rivero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paio York went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erasmo Veiga was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Paio York shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Rivero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paio York in the 54th minute of play forced DOROSTOL Ss's goalkeeper Leopoldo Rivero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
