An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson Tepedino in the 3rd minute of play forced Veth Crystals's goalkeeper Tiburcio Jakue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Denílson Tepedino notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Veth Crystals's Tiburcio Jakue. In the 35th minute, ADM Taquaras's Denílson Tepedino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-1. ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liu Zhi Guang in the 38th minute of play. Denílson Tepedino might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiburcio Jakue. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Denílson Tepedino ran back to his position shaking his head. Tiburcio Jakue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Veth Crystals's goal looked a bit too open when Denílson Tepedino came free, but Tiburcio Jakue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Veth Crystals's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Malcolm Westerberg was slow to take the kick. During this time ADM Taquaras's players had a chance to rest. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Veth Crystals! Malcolm Westerberg shot the penalty kick right outside the post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Denílson Tepedino made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's Denílson Tepedino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiburcio Jakue narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 53rd minute ADM Taquaras were awarded a corner. Malcolm Westerberg went to the cornerflag to take it. Denílson Tepedino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Denílson Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 56th minute Denílson Tepedino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Jakue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrea Casals kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. If Malcolm Westerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 70th minute Denílson Tepedino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Jakue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremias Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbigniew Wierzbicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Veth Crystals getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Ludomir Radzyminski hit a great ball. In the 76th match minute, Veth Crystals was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomir Radzyminski to maneuver through the defense. Tiburcio Jakue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. When ADM Taquaras's Áron Bódog in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbigniew Wierzbicki in the 88th minute of play forced ADM Taquaras's goalkeeper Jeremias Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Denílson Tepedino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Liu Zhi Guang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. ADM Taquaras's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
