The spikarna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lars Norberg should have stopped the shot. After 36 minutes, Sune Offendahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the spikarna and the North Hill United players grew even worse after the yellow card. North Hill United's Carlos Sevenants was substituted for Krzysztof Pawlak. 61 minutes into the match, Roberto Cherro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lars Norberg. spikarna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roberto Cherro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. When Sune Offendahl was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 97 minutes had been played. After 98 played minutes spikarna got a freekick which was hit by Sune Offendahl. The North Hill United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing North Hill United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
