The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Granicerul's Remus Vuia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hardy Skallergård in the 3rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hardy Skallergård in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remus Vuia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 9th minute Tymoteusz Domaracki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Vuia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KS Blizne's Hardy Skallergård got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Hardy Skallergård ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remus Vuia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hardy Skallergård in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Remus Vuia saved Granicerul from getting behind. Remus Vuia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hardy Skallergård in the 26th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Granicerul's goal looked a bit too open when Hardy Skallergård came free, but Remus Vuia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliusz Dlugi in the 37th minute of play forced Granicerul's goalkeeper Remus Vuia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Gregorczyk made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Iordache Ioneasa sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Granicerul's Ahmet Arif Polatalp got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Aureliusz Dlugi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Vuia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Granicerul players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KS Blizne were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hardy Skallergård was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Granicerul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Arif Polatalp to maneuver through the defense. Remus Vuia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hardy Skallergård went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 59 minutes into the match, Granicerul's goalkeeper Remus Vuia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hardy Skallergård. Hardy Skallergård's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Remus Vuia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Remus Vuia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hardy Skallergård's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. With his leg Remus Vuia managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when KS Blizne's Hardy Skallergård fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Aureliusz Dlugi might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Remus Vuia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliusz Dlugi ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Granicerul booed when KS Blizne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tymoteusz Domaracki didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Granicerul's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliusz Dlugi came free, but Remus Vuia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 84 in the game by Hardy Skallergård from a close distance when the talented Remus Vuia managed to make a qualified save. Granicerul's players were relieved. Hardy Skallergård recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hardy Skallergård got free with Remus Vuia in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Hardy Skallergård came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the KS Blizne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hardy Skallergård couldn't finish the play. KS Blizne's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
