Granicerul's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Remus Vuia made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Bratt in the 56th minute. Eric Simion hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. John Bratt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Remus Vuia made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Kattvik kings's zone, Eusebiu Ianculescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvar Arvidsson came out of the goal and Eusebiu Ianculescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute Dinu Pelin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvar Arvidsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kattvik kings players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Granicerul.
