Zhuang Xing Tian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathijs Rokeloos, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Jean-Louis Van Bever was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marco Erauso showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. After some careless play in the Loco Team FC defense, Dé 武松 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zhuang Xing Tian. The Loco Team FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zhuang Xing Tian should have stopped the shot. KFC Cromvelde's Jean-Louis Van Bever played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Erauso in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute of the match Loco Team FC got a corner. KFC Cromvelde's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hector Mateus ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of KFC Cromvelde's goalie and right to Maicon Alves. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. KFC Cromvelde's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal.

In the 51st minute, Mathijs Rokeloos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zhuang Xing Tian was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. KFC Cromvelde's Andries Vermeiren was substituted for Mathijs Rokeloos. 80 minutes into the match, KFC Cromvelde's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Erauso came free, but Jean-Louis Van Bever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
