Montesacro FC's Giacomo Casanova proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Montesacro FC from getting a goal against them. Juliusz Julien received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Reynaldo Jaume tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If László Gácsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Montesacro FC's Georg Skoglund got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 56th minute, Loco Palermo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reynaldo Jaume was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When Szittyák SE rege's Nike Cavia in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Montesacro FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Milán Seres ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Rex Fynn almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Montesacro FC's Giacomo Casanova did a great save. After 73 minutes of play, Szittyák SE rege's Rex Fynn made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Giacomo Casanova was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Rex Fynn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Nike Cavia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giacomo Casanova saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Jácint Simon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reynaldo Jaume was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Paolo Rossi. Paolo Rossi got in the 86th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Reynaldo Jaume. This was a shot which ended in a score of 2-3. In the 90th minute, Paolo Rossi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 minutes, Ciccio Bussi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Montesacro FC and the Szittyák SE rege players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th match minute, Montesacro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciccio Bussi to maneuver through the defense.
